Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wala Guru, we strive to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully:

Cancellations:

• You may cancel your service or order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the service has not already been initiated or the digital product has not been accessed/downloaded.

• To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds:

• Eligible refunds will be processed for approved cancellations or in the event that we are unable to fulfill your service request.

• Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated back to your original method of payment (via Paytm or bank transfer).

• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or wallet.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain services, such as immediate digital downloads, completed consultancy services, or administrative application fees, are strictly non-refundable once delivered.
